The University of Latvia Mixed Choir "Monēta" was reestablished in 2011 at the BA School of Business and Finance, however since 2025 the Mixed Choir "Monēta" is a collective of the University of Latvia Culture Centre. Ilze Feldmane has been the artistic director of the choir since its re-establishment. The creative process of the ensemble is currently complemented by vocal pedagogue Laura Kancāne.

The University of Latvia Mixed Choir "Monēta" is regularly proving itself as a creative, idea-rich and internationally renowned ensemble in the Latvian choral music scene. The choir has gained international experience at the IFAS International Festival of Academic Choirs in the Czech Republic (winning the special prize "New Hope"), the International Choir Festival in Paris, France, the World Choir Olympics in Riga, the Stasio Šimkus Competition in Lithuania (3rd place), and the 6th European Choir Olympics in Denmark (silver diploma).

Mixed Choir "Monēta is also actively involved in various important Latvian cultural and social events. The ensemble has represented Latvia at the Baltic Student Song Festival "Gaudeamus" (in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia), the VIII Nordic-Baltic Song Festival, as well as three times at the Latvian National Song and Dance Festival (in 2013, 2018, 2023). The choir was awarded 1st prize in the XXVII Song Festival choir competition, proving its high artistic quality. The choir has taken part in Museum Night events, Latvian National Day concerts, Barricades commemoration events, as well as in the Latvian Railway's "Song Festival Express" and others.
