Location: Freedom Square

Time: 5 p.m.

The Grand Concert “AD INFINITUM” is the central and concluding event of the XX Baltic Student Song and Dance Festival GAUDEAMUS, bringing together more than 3000 students from Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia in a single artistic moment.

The concert is conceived as a narrative about the individual in constant motion—between tradition and the future, between the personal and the collective, between the earth and the infinite universe. Through music, dance, lyrics, and the symbolic venue of the Freedom Square, it highlights the courage of youth to explore, create, and transform the world around them, while maintaining a connection to their cultural heritage and the shared Baltic identity. The Grand Concert is built on the idea of a journey “...towards infinity”—from the inner world of the individual and their unique existence among contemporaries to a shared energy that emerges when thousands of voices, steps, and breaths all merge into one. The restless spirit of students, their dedication, and creative energy transcend national borders and become a living, unifying force in the Baltic region—towards infinity and one step beyond.

The Grand Concert will combine national programmes and joint performances, as well as shared moments honouring festival traditions.
